Abongo Jakabwana is a Kenyan artist who describes himself on his official YouTube channel as a modern Ohangla music artist. Ohangla is a drum-led Luo musical tradition from western Kenya, and several of his song titles are in Dholuo, the Luo language.
His profile rose sharply with “Digi Digi”, released in October 2025, which Apple Music files under African dancehall.
