Who is behind it
Soul Touch Brand’s official YouTube channel, which carries YouTube’s Official Artist Channel badge, describes itself as the official channel of the act, owned by Minister Giveness Ngao, a singer in Tanzania. Apple Music’s credits for this song name Giveness Alfred Ngao as its songwriter, producer and background vocalist, which lines up with that description.

About the title
The title is in Swahili. Soul Touch Brand has not published an explanation of it, and we did not find a reliable published source that explains the phrase, so we are not offering a translation. As background, Wiktionary glosses the Swahili noun mdomo as “lip, mouth” and kichwa as “head”. Several other titles in the act’s catalogue, such as “Tenda wema nenda zako” and “Tuheshimiane Usinidharau”, are everyday Swahili phrases rather than descriptive song titles.
